In order to ensure, that all browsers shows the same colours, Microsoft and Netscape has agreed upon a "web safe colour palette" which is recommended to use.
HTMLCleanUp will search for HTML encoded colours which don't belong to web safe coulor palette and offer you the possibilities to select the nearest (or any other) suitable colour.
