In planning mode (before you write the manual), you get a two A4/Letter page document with 12 "best practice" rules for how to write a user-friendly manual. And the best and most useful advises are not shown in the example above -- to get them you must buy PQM 3.0. The document can be printed out, and you should then paste it on the wall next to your desk and read it frequently.

In testing mode the "Best practice" window contains a number of tools for testing if you have followed the rules!
